John Solimano has been inspecting Homes since 1996 with an extensive background in construction and landscaping for over 34 years. John has a meticulous nature and is very thorough throughout the inspection process. He inspects every home as if it was his own. A home is one of the biggest investments that his clients will make in their lifetime, so every effort is made to ensure that inspections are done with a detailed eye. Helping new homeowners navigate this most important purchase is a job that John provides with pride and integrity.
The Home Inspector For Life
When choosing an inspector one should ask – What is your back ground? How long have you been in the inspection field and how long will you inspect my home the day of the inspection? Will you go on the roof if it’s safe to walk and enter that dirty dark crawlspace and attic? Will you be there for me after the inspection and if I have questions for years to come?
John’s normal inspections run at least three hours and he goes above what is required by the State of New Jersey. He will go on every roof that is safe to be walked on as well as enter crawlspaces and attics where a home’s imperfections may show. No house is perfect but he wants to point out every possible defect and problem he finds in the best interest of his clients.
John tells every client they can call him after the closing is done and they are settled in their new home if they have any questions that day or years to come. He proudly stands behind all of his work. A homeowners’s satisfaction is his ultimate goal.
